Front view: The stark harmony of the black and white lenticular prisms with the freely arrangeable red spheres.

Changing Perspective is a physical invitation to step out of a fixed viewpoint. It reminds us that truth is rarely static.
To truly understand the sculpture, you must move. As you walk past, the rigid black and white lenticular prisms transform entirely, shifting shapes and contrasts before your eyes. The artwork only reveals its full narrative to those willing to change their standpoint.
In this way, the sculpture serves as a tangible metaphor for empathy—the profound shift that occurs when we choose to put ourselves in another's shoes. It challenges us to look again, from a different angle.
Across this kinetic canvas rest seven spheres, each finished in a delicate white-to-red gradient. These spheres are not fixed; they are designed to be freely arranged by your own hands, offering endless constellations of inner balance within a shifting world.
A phygital work that unfolds through interaction—blending precise digital engineering with a deeply analog experience.

About this work
Changing Perspective is a pivotal interactive wall sculpture within my series Liminal Resonance. The artwork examines the profound relationship between spatial tension, physical movement, and empathy. It creates an experience where perception is entirely dependent on the observer's standpoint in the room, embodying the mental shift required to see the world from a different angle.
Crafted through advanced additive manufacturing, the piece utilizes lenticular principles—structuring black and white prisms that drastically alter the sculpture's visual state as the viewer walks past. This precise digital engineering provides the foundation for an intuitive, analog experience that demands physical relocation to be fully understood.
Adding a tactile dimension to the visual shift, the artwork features seven freely arrangeable spheres, each transitioning through a white and red color gradient. This interactive element invites the collector to become a co-creator, continuously reshaping the composition. It exemplifies the fusion of rigid digital construction and fluid human interaction, making Changing Perspective a constant reminder of the power of putting yourself in another's shoes.
