About this work
Diversity Diversity is far more than a question of gender — though gender is undeniably part of it. Too often we reduce diversity to a single dimension. When we look deeper, we see that true, multifaceted diversity strengthens teams, communities, and organizations, enabling growth that is both holistic and sustainable. It is not merely about performance; it is about cultivating a world in which every nuance is seen, acknowledged, and valued.
In this artwork, the idea becomes tangible. Diversity (Sweetspot) is presented as a compact, wall‑mounted relief (and in some variations as a free‑standing piece on a pedestal). Its intersecting forms invite viewers to shift their perspective — a subtle, interactive experience where light, angle, and distance reveal new relationships between the elements. Each line and curve represents a different direction, rhythm, or identity, held together in a shared frame. This piece is part of a broader exploration of diversity across several works.
